As as a guideline your order will be sent to you within 7 working days during very busy periods. International orders will also be sent to you in within 7 working days, we do our best to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours, delivery times are not guaranteed and are only estimations based on consumer profile, delayed times can be expected of 7 days during peak season.

International customers - IMPORTANT NOTES to prevent missing parcels
If you have not received a parcel from us two weeks after it was despatched, please contact us to ascertain it was definitely sent and that we have your correct shipping address.
If we send an item to the USA for example, which is NOT insured and then subsequently goes missing, we cannot supply a refund until we know what happened to the parcel so we must be given time to contact the postal service - all undelivered items are returned to us, once they are returned and received here we will issue a refund automatically.
Demoneyez.com does not accept any claims for delay as delivery times are not guaranteed, they are obtained by feedback from our customers, we will not be held liable for late delivery using standard shipping,
Please note all parcels sent are proven posted as we obtain a certificate of posting for each parcel, which is then stamped and signed by Royal Mail, however we do suggest you take out insurance for peace of mind, insurance is provided at check by using Special Delivery or Air-Sure tracked with USPS.
Please check your contact lenses through the clear package before opening and should you have any doubts to their condition then please return to the address below for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds and compensation are not issued for late delivery times, we do our best to ship all items within 48 hours and have no control over your local postal services, delays can occur for many reasons with the postal service, the postal service is a seperate service which you pay for any disputes with late delivery times must be taken up with them when your products arrive, we will be happy to provide you with a proof of shipping date to support your claim against them, if however the late shipping time is because we failed to ship out your order within 72 hours from our offices then we would issue a refund on the shipping if this was the case,
We advise all customers to purchase the insured method of shipping via special delivery or Air-Sure tracked as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not arrive via the standard delivery method,

The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 28 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 28 days of receiving your parcel.
- You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.
- You can also exchange your item within 28 days, as long as the new item is no more in value than the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product or less, any difference will be refunded.
- We'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account - we can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click 'edit' below your Address Book (remember to click 'Save' when you're done).
- If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
